Plastic Surgery Grand Rounds

The Harvard Combined Plastic Surgery faculty and residents at each of the teaching institutions meet together every Wednesday morning for a system-wide Plastic Surgery Grand Rounds. Formal lectures are delivered throughout the year by Harvard plastic surgery faculty, residents and invited guests. One session each month is dedicated to a review of the morbidity and mortality from each of the teaching institutions in the system. Resident presentations include a summer series of assigned lectures on core topics in plastic surgery, interesting cases, morbidity and morality discussions, research presentation, a review of the chief year elective experience, and a final talk at the end of the chief year to summarize the residentÍs overall experience in the Harvard program.
